In its entirety, however, there still exists a small number of rural areas that have opted for the mode of familial farm management. Moreover, many farmers, who final the conception of familial farm very novel yet unfamilial, are yet to establish such a principle in their mind. In the meantime,there is still much to be desired in respect of the socialized service system that supports the development neo-development system,and government policies that buttress the system and take effective measures.This thesis has firstly enlarged upon cupdated studies on familial farms at home and abroad,and defined the familial farm and its rational.Also,it has analysized the existence slace of education,development results,as well as major problems in the familial farms of Hu Bei province.By drawering on the family farm development experience from China and abroad,we have proposed the tack of advanering familial farms and inevitable suggestions.The theirs believes that,family farms being the inevitable trend of modern agriculture development,overall returns from familiar farms Hubei apparently are above the national average.Judging by the status qao,Hu Bei familial farms are still at its primary stage of development, and get riching cential.Grounded on the actual situations in different parts of Hu Bei,the government should help push forward the development of family forms by proposing relevant supporting policies.Besides,in the process of advancing family farms,we should uphold the rural family contractual system,respect the will of farmers,follow the market law,and according to real reality.Moreover,we should make supporting policies that prioritize infrastructural development equipment proceerment, professional training,crediting and insurance.In addition,we should improve the market for rural land transfer,perfect socialized service system for agriculture advancement,and accelerate the development of moderately-social familial farms.
