An Empirical Research About The Affecting Factors Of Family Farm Development In Hubei

Since 2013,"family farm" as a concept has been put forward in the“File Number One “ for the first time.The government departments,and the academic circles and the agricultural industry pay close attention to "family farm".Family farms has been developing rapidly all over the country.As a new type of agricultural management main body,the family farms has an advantage in land resources.It plays an important role in the ways of the promotion of rural land,agricultural industrialization,guaranteeing the interests of farmers,and creation of a modern green agriculture,etc.Hubei province has a unique advantage in agricultural development and has been famous for its big agricultural for a long time.In the early pilot,the development of the family farm is very good.This paper is based on the family farm in Hubei province as the research object.Firstly,on the basis of combing the home and abroad research theory,the current situation,existing problems and related reasons of the family farm in Hubei province were analyzed by collating related statistical data and survey data.Secondly,the paper summarized the theoretical basis of family farm development influencing factors and then used the factor analysis to analyze the reality effect factors of the family farm in Hubei province to build the influence factors of family farm development in Hubei province from the macroscopic country(region)level,medium industry level and micro individual level system.The results show that the national macro policy and land system security in the macroscopic country(region)level,production factors,external market environment and the financing situation in medium level,personal qualities in the micro individual level are the important factors affecting the development of the family farm.Based on those,this paper puts forward the long-term development of countermeasures and Suggestions such as to clear and refine the further support of the family farm policy,to perfect the land circulation system and the moderate scale management,to develop new professional family farmers,to establish a family farm multivariate money supply mode,to set up perfect the social service system.
