Xinjiang’s production has the characteristic of "three high and one low", the ecologicalsystem is fragile, high pollution and high energy consumption of the production mode ofecological environment caused serious damage. In the context of ecological civilization,Xinjiang needs to change the mode of economic development, achieve economicbenefits at the same time also need to take into account the environmental interests.So,studying the development of ecological industry in Xinjiang is very necessary.In this paper, the specific contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Analysis of the basic theoretical explanations and Xinjiang status quo.This part introduced low carbon economy theory, the circulation economic theory,and ecological theory;then we studied on the current situation of industry development and the ecological environment in Xinjiang,and through industrial wastewater emissions, industrial emissions, industrial solid waste production and per capita GDP have econometric analysis,which shows the relationship between industrial development and the environment,the analysis is based on results of economic development in Xinjiang at the expense of the environment.(2) Evaluate the ecological level in Xinjiang.First,based on the characteristics of industry development in Xinjiang,this part collect 15 group index from 2001 to 2012,using factor analysis to analyze the ecological industry development level of Xinjiang,it is concluded three main factors:Industrial optimization factor, factor of social progress and ecological protection factor,then using the model factor composite score,evaluate the overall level of ecology in Xinjiang.Second, using cluster analysis, categorizing 15 sets of data, sums up the influence on the development of the Xinjiang ecological factors including resource factors, technical factors, social economic factors and environmental factors.(3)The four affecting the development of Xinjiang ecological influence factors are analyzed.Through the four influence factors on the ecological impact,we found that resource factors reflect the energy efficiency, resources and ecological industry development level is negatively related;Technical factors reflect the technical innovation ability,the technical factors and ecological industry development level of Xinjiang shows positive correlation;The development level of social factors on the Xinjiang ecological relationship is relatively complex; natural nature reserve area accounts for the greater proportion of the area of jurisdiction, the more it can promote the development of industrial ecology,but the "three wastes" emissions in the Environmental factors block the ecological development;(4) According to the influencing factors analysis concluded,on the promotion of the development of industrial ecology Xinjiang upgrade path. First of all,from the enterprise,industrial symbiosis network to the regional circular economy, three aspects promote the construction of industrial ecosystem in Xinjiang;In the second,industrial structure optimization and industrial ecological interact from the perspective of industrial restructuring in Xinjiang; Third, environmental industry is a sunrise industry, while providing technical support for industrial ecology, environmental protection and industrial development potential can drive the development and industrial ecology in Xinjiang.
