The level of economic development in Xinjiang there is a huge gap compared to other provinces and cities than the mainland. After entering 2000, the central government introduced the western development strategy, and in 2007 the State Council promulgated the No.32 paper and corresponding reconstruction policy in 2010 so the central authorities aimed at improving the level of economic development in Xinjiang, reduce regional income disparities, and achieve common development plays an important role. But the vast Xinjiang weak foundation, historical and natural causes lack of economic self-development capacity in the policies to promote economic development speed and quality targets are far away.In fact Xinjiang regional economic development is the basic unit of the county economy. Xinjiang’s economy is relatively backward regions are concentrated and County Economic Zone. Southern region where the county’s economic development is very important. Because Southern basic economic conditions are similar, as long as the full analysis of the county’s economic development issues typical to provide a decision making reference for the development of other regions.It was in this context and the overall research ideas, this paper choose Jiashi County in southern Xinjiang city of Kashgar region as a major area of research, the current situation and development model of economic development Jiashi County to conduct a comprehensive analysis.
