An Empirical Research:The Impact Of Transportation Disruption On Supply Chain Integration

Facing with increasing global competition, enterprises pay more attention to win-win cooperation between enterprises, the majority of enterprises to logistics outsourcing to a professional logistics enterprises, enhance their core competitiveness. The complexity of supply chain decide the inevitability of supply chain risk. Supply chain disruption risk is a more serious risk,with a probability of small and large loss characteristics,to bring serious damage.Logistics is a important activity in supply chain system. Once the interrupt occurs in the logistics stage, might be have serious losses on supply chain enterprises and impact the integration of the supply chain business processes.In the paper, conceptual model and research hypotheses are proposed base on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures.153 valid questionnaires are collected by several ways of investigation, and empirical analysis using SPSS software on each table for reliability and validity analysis to ensure stability and consistency of scale, also through the single factor variance analysis of control variables of transportation interruption of supply chain integration have a significant impact, finally by AMOS software for structural equation model verification analysis, analysis results show that transportation interruption has a significant negative impact on the integration of the supply chain.The internal causes and external causes interrupt effects on supply chain integration, it is concluded that caused by external causes disruption of the effect on the supply chain integration more serious. It also reflects the external causes disruption of that can not be predictable and controllable, the consequences are more serious, relative to the external reasons, caused by internal factors interrupt most man-made, can be predicted and controlled.Finally, the impact of transportation disruption on supply chain integration is analyzed by mathematical model, and the results of empirical analysis are verified.This study reminds companies to reduce production costs at the same time,how to better control the supply chain risk, good risk prevention, improve supply chain flexibility, which is very important for business.
