With the rapid development of science and technology and increasingly fierce global competition, enterprises are facing an increasingly severe pressure on the survival and development. Traditional management model has been unable to meet the ever-changing market demand, and people have gradually come to realize supply chain management is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, an effective management model to enhance the enterprises' adaptability to global competition. Being an important part of supply chain management, research of supply chain coordination has a great practical significance so as to improve supply chain performance. Most of the previous studies on the supply chain coordination are under the assumption that market demand is certain, that is, the supply chain system can operate as smoothly as planned. However, the external environment of supply chain is filled with many uncertain factors, often encounter all sorts of unexpected situations, thus, making the original formulation of the scheme can rarely go smoothly. Uncertainty has become a common problem during the decision-making of economic and management, therefore, disruption management of supply chain has drawn wide attention from scholars at home and abroad.Most of papers of disruption management of supply chain were based on the assumption that only a single factor was disrupted, and mainly focused on the production cost or market demand scale disruption. But in practice, the unexpected event will inevitably lead to a number of factors disruptions in the supply chain system. Considering the scale of market demand, price-sensitive coefficient, production cost of manufacturers, retailers' purchase costs, inventory costs, sales investment-sensitive coefficient disruptions in the disruption management of supply chain, this paper is based on two types of demand function: demand dependent on retail prices and demand dependent on the retailer's promotional efforts. The main studies of this paper are as follows:1. The coordination problem of a supply chain with one manufacturer and one retailer is analyzed under disruptions with exponential demand function. When the market demand scale and price-sensitive coefficient are disrupted in the planning horizon, a coordination mechanism about adjusting price and production quantity is proposed to maximize the profit of the supply chain. A flexible quantity discount mechanism is also proposed which can allocate arbitrarily the optimal supply chain between the manufacturer and the retailer.The influence of quondam strategy and disruption coordination strategy on the profit of the manufacturer, the retailer and the supply chain is analyzed in this paper. The disruption coordination strategy proposed in this paper can maximize the supply chain profit under the condition of insuring the positive profit of every enterprise in the supply chain.2. When demand is a linear function of the price, the manufacturer's cost of production is a convex function of the output, the scale of market demand and purchase cost of retailers deviate at the same time, a disruption strategy is proposed to optimize the supply chain profit. When manufacture is the Stackelberg game leader, the coordination mechanism is proposed to coordinate the supply chain so as to realize the maximal profit of supply chain.3. In a supply chain system which is made up of a single manufacturer and a single retailer, demand relies on the sales promotion efforts of retailer, the combined disruptions of manufacture's production cost and sales promotion cost of retailers is investigated. For centralized and decentralized supply chains, optimal disruption strategies responding to combined disruptions of production cost and sales promotion cost are proposed, respectively. Considering disruptions, the influence of quondam strategy and disruption coordination strategy on the profit of supply chain is analyzed, which denotes the necessary and validity of the disruption coordination strategy. 4. Considering the demand relies on the sales promotion efforts of all the competitive retailers, a disruption coordinate strategy which can deal with the disruptions of manufacturers' production cost and sales investment-sensitive coefficient is proposed in this paper. Firstly, a static model of demand relies on the sales promotion efforts of all the competitive retailers is given. It is proved that the manufacture can coordinate the static model by wholesale price and sales investment subsidy contract. Then, a optimal strategy and coordinate mechanism are proposed to cope with the dual-disruption of production cost and sales investment-sensitive coefficient. Finally, the influence of retailers number in the supply chain, and the influence of disruption of production cost and sales investment-sensitive coefficient on wholesale price and sales investment subsidy are analyzed, respectively.
