With the economic globalization and the rapid development of the transport industry and constantly updated technology, enterprises are becoming more competitive. In severe cases, enterprises are skating on thin ice. A wrong decision may leads to serious loss, which led to the crisis facing restructuring or bankruptcy. Timely grasp the information and make the right response is the necessary choice. In this paper, impact on enterprise (supplier or retailer) and optimal decision should be made is considered after the disturbance occurred. The main contents and results are as follows:1Consider the value disruption management problems of secondary supply chain based on the introduction of competitors. Supply chain is composed of a supplier and a retailer and its rival retailer. The two retailers share the possession of this market. Consider optimal decision-making while the value of the goods of the retailer is disturbed at a certain probability. Consider the value of suppliers'disturbance information and its changes.2First, consider the dual-channel supply chain's optimal decision with different consumer behavior, and give the optimal pricing. Second, in respect of penalty costs borne by the retailer or supplier, discuss the supplier's and retailer's decision while the value of retailer's goods is disturbing, then give the corresponding optimal strategies and coordination mechanisms. The robustness of strategy with no disturbance is proved.3Consider the demand disruption management problems of goods that can be substituted for each other in a duopoly market. The change of the size of the market will lead to changes in production quantity and retail price, the original plan may no longer apply. Retailer's optimal pricing and optimal order quantity is given under the disturbance of market demand, the supply chain is coordinated via wholesale price discount strategy. Suppliers'and retailers'loss will be minimized, and even their profits will be increased while they organize production and sales in accordance with the appropriate order quantity and retail price. At the same time, the robustness of strategy with no disturbance is also proved.4Retailers are faced with three sales strategies:the normal retail strategy, processing retail strategy, and group-purchasing strategy. Customers are divided into two categories:with sufficient information and with deficient information. At the strategy of group-purchasing, retailers give more information to customers with deficient information through certain means, so that these customers can accept the price increase. The amount of increased information for customer is a random variable. In this paper, optimal pricing and optimal profit is considered under the three sales strategies with simple and mixture models, and the conditions for selection of sales strategies is discussed. It can be concluded that the greater the difference between the goods value of two types of customer, retailers are more inclined to the normal retail mode.
