As the competition of enterprises in the market are growing more and more incentive today, compared to the general staff of the enterprise, managers at all levels in the organization feel more abuse from the superior manager in the management behavior. Then according to the results of analysis, we made correction to the scales in order to fit for the actual situation of this study.
