Study On The Relationship Of Urban Rail Transit And Regional Economic Development

In recent years, more and more cities joined the ranks of the urban rail transit construction. The level of rail transportation planning, construction quality, strategic position has a relatively substantial upgrade, the impact on the regional economy is also growing. Therefore, the interaction and influence between the two is getting bigger, the contact has also become even more closely. In this context, the influence and relationship of rail transit on the regional economy, on the rail transit itself, the radiation along the rail transit, regional rail transit construction and coordinated regional economic development are of great significance.Because of rail transit and regional economic independently are complex systems perspective independently, to study the relationship between the two relationships can not be separated, from the perspective of the system need to analyze and study the interaction between rail transit and regional economy, and relationships of mutual influence. Therefore, this paper based on economics and system dynamics theory, so regional rail transit will be placed in the same system and regional economic model, by describing and building rail transit- regional economic system model; Analyzes the interaction between rail transit and regional economic and interaction within the system model and the degree of influence of each subsystem and between the individual elements; From the empirical point of view, taking Chongqing Rail Transit- the regional economic system as an example to study, for the coordinated development of urban rail transit and regional economy, rail transit layout and planning of science and government policy making valuable reference.Firstly, the paper describes the origin and development of rail transport, by introducing the regional economic theory to analyze the interaction and impact of rail transit and regional economy, explores the impact of the regional rail transit between economic growth and structural transformation, and the development of rail transit continued construction promoted by regional economic of the mechanism.Secondly, building rail transit- regional economic system dynamics model to determine the role of factors in the system, according to the degree of contact elements in the system the entire rail transit- regional economic system is divided into four subsystems, namely the economic subsystem, population subsystem, industrial subsystem and transport subsystem four parts, established a system dynamics causal diagram, by analyzing of subsystems and elements of building a system model flow chart, to establish a complete rail transit- regional economic system dynamics model..Finally,taking Chongqing city as an empirical analysis, according to the statistic data of Chongqing and the Government Gazette, parameter estimation and test the validity of the rail transit-regional economic system model, according to the simulation model of policy analysis and measure the effect between the mutual influence degree, predicting the future of Chongqing rail transit a regional economic system development trend in the future.
