With increasingly competitive society,work stress of professional groups has reached unprecedented intensity. Media reported a series of employee suicides,we have to focus on the work stress issues currently of professional groups.Appropriate working stress can be converted into motivation, but excessive will not only bring the issues of individual physical, psychological and behavior, but also reduce the degree of job involvement and affect the working efficiency.Although the study abroad on work stress and job involvement has accumulated a wealth of literature, but the research in this field of our country is still the attention of scholars and enterprises, while the specification and in-depth empirical research is still relatively scarce.Research at domestic and abroad for reference, this study takes new comers in career with era characteristics as the research object, using the method of empirical research,try to study the relation between work stress and job involvement from the perspective of perceived organizational support, and further explore the moderating effection of perceived organizational support on the relationship between work stress and job involvement.This study selected new comers in career as subjects, investigate Situation of work stress, perceived organizational support and job involvement through questionnaires.Using SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software, through factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,finally draw the conclusion:(1) The new comers in career’ work stress, perceived organizational support and job involvement are significant differences on some demographic and organization/ work variables;(2) Work stress has significant negative correlation with job involvement, which has significant positive correlation with work itself dimension.Role stress, interpersonal relationships and career development dimensions have significant negative correlation with job involvement.There is no significant correlation relationship between organizational management and job involvement.Perceived organizational support and its various dimensions show significant correlation with job involvement;(3) Work itself, role stress,interpersonal relationships and career development dimensions of working stress have significant predictive power on job involvement, Value of identity and interests care dimensions of perceived organizational support have significant predictive power on job involvement;(4) Perceived organizational support regulate the relationship partial between work stress and job involvement,interests care dimension significant regulate the relationship between role stress and job involvement,value of identity dimension significant regulate the relationship between career development and job involvement.According to the research conclusion, the article put forward countermeasures and suggestions from work stress management and upgrading perceived organizational support for new comers in career,at the same time,points out the limitations of this study and future research direction on this issue.
