In recent years, with increasingly fierce market competition, work stress has become a hot issue of common concern to today’s society.This research aims to explore the relationship among work stress,perceived organizational support and turnover intention about knowledge type employee, and their relationship with respect to the differences of demographic variables. Some specific methods are expected to be figured out through this research, so that they could be utilized as an empirical support to reduce the enterprise knowledge type employee staff turnover rate and improve work enthusiasm.This research aims at verifying the correlation between work stress, perceived organizational support and turnover intention through empirical analysis. Questionnaire survey method was adopted in this research. 403 knowledge-type employees from some of companies in Changsha city of Hunan province are sampled by convenience sampling. All the experimental data are measured with "Job Stress Scale", "Perception of Organizational Support Scale" and "Turnover Intention Scale", then are analyzed with SPSS17.0 and AMOS17.0. The major findings are as follows:1.The significant differences are found among work stress with respect to age, education, working years, marital status, position, nature of the unit. The difference of the perceived organizational support in company among record of formal schooling, position are significant. The difference of the turnover intention in company among age, education, income, unit nature are significant.2.A significantly positive relationship is found between the Knowledge-type employees’ work stress and turnover intention. work stress predicted their turnover intention.3.A significantly positive relationship is found between the Knowledge-type employees’ work stress and perceived organizational support. Work stress support positively predicted their organizational.4.A significantly positive relationship is found between the Knowledge-type employees’ perceived organizational support and turnover intention. perceived organizational support predicted their turnover intention.5.The perceived organizational support adjustment the relationship between work stress and turnover intention of the Knowledge-type employees.
