Analysis Of Factors And Changes Of Manufacturing’s Pollution In Terms Of Trade Of Guangdong Province

Guangdong Province is driving China’s economic growth in those provinces, the commodity exports since 1986 ranked first in China, in 2012 the export trade volume reached US $574billion accounting for 28% of the national export trade, total import trade has reached 22.54% of the country. As rapid economic growth, the scale of foreign trade rapid rise at the same time, environmental problems are frequently happened. How to effectively deal with economic growth, environmental regulation is more and more strong appeal, becomes what need to solve.This paper intends to calculate carbon dioxide emissions through 28 kinds of energy calculation of discharge coefficient based on the IPCC recommendation. Foreign Trade Embodied Carbon calculated based on input output table. The RAS method is presented in this paper to work out the input-output table from2000 to 2012,then calculate the index(PTT) to measure the environmental trade terms and conditions of these standards, this paper selected 16 manufacturing industries and the result showed : in 2000,there are 9 department’s PTT is greater than the standard value of 1, of which the environment trade conditions such as metal products industry is "bad", until 2012 this amount reduced to 5, that means environmental conditions become greater than before. At the same time, the use of Cole(2008) pollution regulation equation proposed, and draw the conclusion: in the industry level, improve the human capital is the most effective method to optimize the trade conditions, from different sectors: increase the scale of enterprises of low carbon industry, increase technology investment of middle carbon industry, improve the high carbon industry’s average wage can lower PTT, which is the effective way to optimize Environmental Trade Condition.
