| With the advent of the era of Internet, human spreads all kinds of information through the Internet without time limits and regional restrictions, making internet exploring different areas of business opportunities. Internet enterprises are at a high speed to grow. Driven by the desire of financing, many enterprises what develop to a certain degree will go for IPO. As we all know, investors will be richly rewarded if they invest successfully the enterprises with a great prospects. However, how to evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of an enterprise and choose a solid company to invest in a fast-growing industry, is troubling many stock investors.In such cases, the establishment of an effective evaluation system of listed Internet companies can help, for the vast number investors, creditors and operators, as well as the further development of the Internet industry. In China, by contrast, the Internet industry competitiveness evaluation analysis research literature is not enough and the same is true of research to establish a set of effective Internet enterprise competitiveness evaluation system. Therefore, the research target of this paper is mainly about the Internet companies to establish a set of evaluation system to make a comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of the enterprises from various angles.To create a set of accords with the practice of enterprise performance evaluation system, the comprehensive evaluation of enterprise should be referred to the characteristics of the enterprises industry and the status of the enterprise itself. In the process of establishing evaluation system, a lot of studies have employed the analytic hierarchy process(AHP). In order to make the results of the analysis more objective and scientific, this paper proposes a new analysis method, which combines the analytic hierarchy process with factor analysis, after analyzing the poor applications of AHP to enterprise performance evaluation model. Firstly, the method employs factor analysis method to classify the original variables, using each main factor contribution rates as the main factor’s weights in the second layer for the first layer in the AHP, and the original index of main factor of the load as the main factor’s weights in the third layer for the second layer in the AHP. Finally, according to the weights of two levels, the final evaluation system is drawn by the AHP. |
