As sharing became an indispensable part in people’s life, from text to voice,and than to the photo sharing, people were more interested in vivid sharing style. Short video arises at this historic moment. It was created at 2013 in China, and became a new social fashion tendency with the wide spread of “Happy New Year”vedio. But if a product only have the pursuit of function satisfaction, it will dismissed soon in this rapid development Internet age and only stay for "phenomenal products" stage. A sustainable development business model is indispensable in its way to success.The vigorous development of the short video Applications lead to a lot domestic research, but most of them were inclined to the surface of product rather than research on business model analysis. This paper is made up for the lack of research in this area. Which traces the business model in the view of the rational mining potential, and combining the successful experience of domestic and foreign business model, find a long-term development way which perfectly suitable for our country in Short Video Application area, and get the following conclusions:1. The natural advantage endow Short Video Application with potential for commercial value development.2. By extracting the characteristics of the Short Video Application, there are three aspects for commercial value development: Information transmission value; Data assets value; User experience value dimension of the three major commercial development;3. As the expand of business value, the future of Short Video Application will own clear positioning. There will exist a good communication model between user and user,user and product, user and advertisers. The balance between information and function will come into being and carried out a perfect integrated community.
