Urban And Rural Integration Development Pattern Research In Heilongjiang Province

Developed city and the relatively undeveloped rural area are in two different states, development of both areas influence and restrain each other. Along with the all-round development of society, the relationship between urban and rural areas ranges from initial separation and contradiction to open exchange and final realize urban-rural unified. The process makes the various elements in the free flow between urban and rural areas possible. Urban-rural integration is not meant to destroy the countryside so that rural areas become urban; it is adhering to the scientific development ideas under the premise of acknowledging the differences between urban and rural development, to ultimately achieve sustainable coordination between urban and rural areas. Since the urban-rural binary structural contradiction is very serious and the difference between urban and rural area is significant in Heilongjiang province, this paper aims to analyze the problem restricting the development of urban and rural integration combined with the actual situation of Heilongjiang province through the reference to successful experience of domestic practice, put forward suitable path for the integration of urban and rural development of Heilongjiang province. And that has a great practical significance for the achievement of integration of urban and rural areas in Heilongjiang province.Through introduced the background and significance of the topic, and had a review of the research status of urban-rural integration at home and abroad providing a solid theoretical foundation for the further study drawing on previous research results, and it also introduced the related concepts of urban-rural integration, research contents and research methods in this paper. It analyzed the successful domestic model of the urban-rural integration development, mainly analyzed south Jiangsu’s ”township enterprises” development model, the Pearl River Delta’s “the city with rural” model, Shanghai’s ”rural and urban overall plan” model, Beijing’s“collaboration of workers and peasants and urban-rural integration” model and Chengdu-Chongqing’s “urban-rural integration”, and it put forward implications for urban and rural development in Heilongjiang province on the basis of analyzing these patterns. Analyzed the development degree of urban and rural integration and the difference between urban and rural development in Heilongjiang according to certain rules to select representative indicators through the establishment of evaluation index system of urban-rural integration development, and summarized the current situation and problems of urban and rural areas in Heilongjiang province according to the above analysis. Finally, it put forward the principles of integrated development ofurban and rural areas in Heilongjiang province.Urban and rural development of Heilongjiang province should not be taken into full implementation. That is being said, many areas do not have appropriate basis and the development of each region should combine with local characteristics, and the region with weak foundation should strengthen the infrastructure and be prepared for the integration development of urban and rural.
