The Research About Development Of Agricultural Economic And Trade Cooperation Between Far East Of Russia And Northeast Of China

Russia and China are not only good neighbors and friendly countries, but they are also the world’s largest trading nations. Today the two countries are in a stage of rapid economic development, it has a very broad and possessed the land area and natural resources. Today, Russia and China has become each other’s largest trading partner, but the overall cooperation was not at their best. Regional cooperation between two countries is small in size and trade order needs were standardized. Especially in Russian Far East and northeastern China agricultural cooperation, over the years it has been in the deal size is relatively recession. Russia’s Far East and cooperation in agricultural development in Northeast China can directly affect the pace of progress and development of quality of agricultural cooperation between two countries. Complementarities in terms of, at present, the two regions both in natural resources, labor force in agriculture goods or materials, agricultural science and technology have formed very strong complementarity. This provides very favorable conditions for cooperation in agricultural trade between two regions. Russian Far East trade in form of food and agricultural products in northeast China, mainly in China’s exports to Russia, mainly from big situation in Russia and China the status quo of the agricultural cooperation between the two countries at present, the two region’s current agricultural trade cooperation has not yet been ideal comprehensive development. Also current level of cooperation is relatively backward, low co-efficient, labor cooperation mechanism is not complete and other issues. Faced these problems, both national and regional governments should implement the strengthening of exchanges between the two governments, to optimize both the investment environment, strengthen labor cooperation and investment between two countries, Chinese side is to actively respond to trade barriers set by Russia, improve the quality of agricultural products and optimize Its measures two agricultural trade information platforms.
