Research On Restrictive Factors And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Economic Cooperation Between Russia And China

Russia and China are world powers.Russia develops a comprehensive,equal and t rusted partnership and strategic cooperation with China,and actively strengthening coop eration in various fields.The economic relations between Russia and China have a long history.In recent years,trade cooperation between the two countries has been very close,and the two sides have shown their intention to expand economic cooperation.In additi on,the field of agriculture occupies a special position in the cooperation between Russia and China.The two sides showed very high complementarity in the field of agriculture,increased the supply of agricultural products,signed new agreements and opened joint ventures.Taking agricultural trade cooperation between Russia and China as an exampl e,it can be pointed out that agricultural economic cooperation between Russia and Chin a has developed rapidly.In 2008,the total trade volume of agricultural products betwee n Russia and China was US $2.647 billion,while the total trade volume between the tw o countries reached US $5.95 billion in 2021,with a growth rate of 124.8%.Although a griculture economic cooperation between Russia and China has achieved remarkable res ults,there are still factors restricting the agricultural economic cooperation between the two countries.An in-depth analysis of the cooperation and constraints between Russia a nd China in the field of agricultural economy can supplement the relevant theories of ag ricultural economic cooperation between Russia and China,help Russia and China corre ctly evaluate the situation of agricultural economic cooperation and determine cooperati on strategies,and provide reference value for the agricultural development departments of Russia and China to formulate agricultural economic cooperation policies and measur es.This paper first discusses the research background,purpose and significance,and t hen summarizes and comments on the research results at home and abroad.This paper makes a theoretical analysis from two aspects: the concept of international economic co operation,agricultural economic cooperation and related theories.Then it analyzes the c urrent situation of the agricultural economic cooperation between Russia and China,inc luding four aspects: Russia China agricultural trade cooperation,Russia China agricultu ral investment cooperation,Russia China agricultural production factor cooperation and Russia China agricultural science and technology cooperation.Secondly,based on the c urrent situation of the agricultural economic cooperation between the two countries,this paper analyzes the main problems of Russia China agricultural economic cooperation,t he constraints of Russia China agricultural economic cooperation and its statistical anal ysis of questionnaires.The identification of restrictive factors will help solve the proble ms in Russia China agricultural economic cooperation and strengthen the development of Russia China agricultural economic cooperation.Finally,it puts forward suggestions and countermeasures on how to promote the continuous development of Russia China a gricultural economic cooperation in the future.
