Study On Sino-Egypt Agricultural Cooperation

With the world economic integrative process enhanced increasingly,the contact of the international economic community develops deeply and fully.The agricultural cooperation between China and Egypt as a mode of the state-to-state association plays an indispensable role in terms of optimizing the agricultural resources of the countries,expanding the agriculture development space,and promoting two country's economic trades.In recent years, bilateral agricultural cooperation is still in its initial stage,and it needs further expand.China is rich in natural resources,capital and broad market can benefit the development of agriculture in Egypt.Egypt and the development of agriculture in some of the advanced science and technology,especially some of drought,irrigation technology and some varieties of quality agricultural products have effectively promoted the development of China's enterprises in the Egyptian agricultural cooperation.Both countries are large agricultural country,are faced with a large population and little arable land problems,the two countries need to strengthen cooperation to jointly cope with.At the same time,the two countries in agricultural trade are also highly complementary,they should further expand agricultural trade in width and depth.Therefore,in-depth study of Chinese agricultural cooperation with Egypt, the two countries to further optimize the allocation of agricultural resources,and enhance the international competitiveness of agriculture is of great theoretical value and practical significance.In this paper,the optimization of agricultural technology and Complementary resources point of view,to study agricultural resources of China and Egypt:Firstly,a brief description of China and Egypt's natural and geographical conditions,agricultural production development,China and Egypt further comparison agricultural production characteristics of the difference China and Egypt are confronted with the development of agricultural resources of the same problems:less arable land,population and more intense conflicts.China's agricultural resources in relation to Egypt even richer and more diversified;Secondly,from the theoretical foundation and the status of both foreign trade compared to China agricultural cooperation between Egypt and the need for and feasibility analysis,China and Egypt agricultural development facing the same problem of lack of resources,the international trade of agricultural products have led to changes in the situation of China and Egypt have more need for agricultural cooperation,China agricultural cooperation between Egypt and the feasibility analysis is that China and Egypt's agricultural development have different strengths Complementary:the rapid economic development China's agriculture is "going out" created the conditions,while Egypt's political and economic environment and regional advantages to attract foreign investment to create a better investment environment.;Again,through the research of the main areas of agricultural cooperation between China and Egypt,to analyze the technical and agricultural cooperation projects complementary to each other,China and Egypt agricultural cooperation mainly agricultural trade,agricultural technology,agricultural academic,agricultural projects such as agricultural cooperation and from the technical point of view of the project and complementary analysis;Finally,analysis of the Chinese and Egyptian economic and trade policies,technology and environment of favorable market conditions and unfavorable,put forward concrete proposals agricultural cooperation between Egypt and China.For example,at the macro level,our government should be active consultations with the Government of Egypt in order to enter into the agricultural cooperation agreement,the two countries maintained good political relations,the investment environment in Egypt overcome the negative factors and increase its foreign-related enterprises,such as the support of financial sector;At the micro level:a market advantage,China and Egypt to promote the cooperation in agricultural trade,financial advantage to play,China and Egypt to promote agricultural cooperation project,a technological advantage,China and Egypt to promote the processing of agricultural production and management cooperation,to play its advantages in resources,China and Egypt to promote the long-term comprehensive cooperation in agriculture,and a case analysis.
