China’s economy is entering a new normal status, corporate’s transformation at the micro level is the trend, especially the SMEs which accounted for more than 97% of in Chinese enterprises. However, transformation is a process which is full with risk, companies need to effectively identify potential talent crisis, and take effective management strategies to ensure internal stability and transform successfully.This dissertation explore the structure of SMEs talent crisis on the background of transformation. And analyze the differences of talent crisis in each dimension under different Control variables. In this study, questionnaire is designed by literature analysis and interviewing; Data is collected through questionnaires; During Statistical Analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, paired samples t-test and one-way ANOVA are used by SPSS and AMOS software. The following conclusions:1. The content structure of SMEs talent crisis on the background of corporate transformation is composed of five-dimensional, including the Innovation Crisis, Competency Crisis, Growth Crisis, Structure crisis and Quantity Crisis.2. SMEs Talent crisis on the background of corporate transformation presents a dimension hierarchy structure. Growth Crisis, Innovation Crisis and Structural Crisis is at a high level, and Quantity Crisis, Competency Crisis is at lower level.3. Transformation mode and age exists distinct differences partially in the various dimensions of the SME talent crisis.Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, the author puts forward management strategy for SMEs talent crisis. In crisis prevention phase, talent inventory is used to predict crisis, promoting internal communication, strengthening recruitment management, paying attention to personnel training and improving personnel incentives are promoted to improve crisis prevention, developing a sense of crisis and building a crisis management team to prepare for crisis; In crisis response stage, take a crisis decision-making process based on scenario analysis methods; In crisis subsequent processing stage, evaluating the crisis management and improving talent management are necessary.
