Study On Enhancing Strategy Of Scientific Research Achievements Transformation Benefits Of Guangdong Province Modern Agricultural Equipment Institute

Guangdong Province Institute of modern agricultural equipment, unit properties as second class institution of public interest. For many years, in the process of commercialization, achieved a certain economic benefits. However, starting in 2012,according to the reform of institutions "separate enterprise" principle, commercialization benefits began to decline. In order to have a better capacity and conditions of the basic, key technology research on how to enhance the effectiveness of its scientific research and has become an urgent task, for scientific research institutions of the same type results into effective strategies to improve the delivery of a reference, has the certain reference value.In this paper, through the analysis of the background of the scientific research institutions in the past 30 years of reform, combined with the target of two types of public institutions and find out the agricultural equipment problems that exist in the transformation of scientific research achievements in the past twenty years. On the basis of the research results of the research achievements, the strategies of improving the benefit of the transformation of the research results of agricultural equipment are studied.
