| Accelerating the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, working out the way of combining the technology and economy and developing the new productivity as soon as possible make great difference to promoting the structural reform especially the supply side structure reform and carrying out the innovative and motivating strategies of development as well as promoting public entrepreneurship and innovation and improving the quality and enterprise revenue of the development. The government leaders of all provinces and cities attach great importance to the technology communication and cooperation with research institutes and colleges, like signing cooperation agreement with them, inviting these research institutes and local enterprises to hold various displays of achievements and in order to promote the transfer of research institutes’ scientific and technological achievements to enterprises. To strengthen the technology transfer and explore the new system and new mechanism of it in new situations, our country’s related departments have set up national technology transfer center, with the purpose of breaking through the critical technology bottlenecks of the adjustment of industrial structure and further improving the core competence of enterprises by strengthen the combination of research institutes and enterprises as well as developing and spreading the core technology together. This essay takes CAS (Chinese Academy of Sciences)’s technology transfer in Su Zhou as an example to make an empirical analysis, focus on the research on the present situation, the technology transfer subject and the service of the technology transfer in scientific research institutions and find out the main problems in the process, putting forward some suggestions on how to solve the existing problems from the aspects of objective policy environment, the characteristics of scientific research institutions’ technology transfer and so on. |
