| Development of the tertiary industry is a key problem in 21century in our country. Along with the growth of GDP, the tertiary industry proportion in GDP and employment structure is increasing; it plays an important role in the aspect of economics efficiency and resident living quality. The proportion of the tertiary industry in GDP is used to measure the modernization level of a country. The development of Jiangsu'economics contributed significantly to the country's economics. In the new century, facing the new opportunities and challenges of rapid economics globalization and changes in the international industries, Jiangsu's tertiary industry had to come up with better and new ways to cope with the changes. At the same time, understanding the current situation and future of Jiangsu's tertiary industry, adjusting the structure of the tertiary industry plays a very important role to the further development of Jiangsu economics.The paper is based on the data evolution analysis, from 1991 to 2004 tertiary industry statistic data of Jiangsu province. Combining with the right econometric methods to find the problems in the industry, choosing the main factors: labor structure and investment structure .By analyzing the evolution of these 2 factors, we can find the inconsequence, and then make academic discussing on the structure optimizing.The goal of this paper is to seek the main characters and trends of Jiangsu's tertiary industry through information and data management. by clustering analysis methods, Jiangsu's tertiary internal sections is divided into several sorts, every sort has same characters ,by using gene analyzing method, new organizational setup is made to evaluate the regional development level, by using the comparative advantage index method and input-output method, the future key industries can be made. The research is used to find the weakness of reconstruction of Jiangsu's tertiary industry and suggestions for the improvement. |
