Regional diversity enterprises in China will face the difficulties. about how tocoordinate and integrate relationship between of regional market.Theory and practice show that, coordinate and integrate many units distributed in different parts of the market, and strengthen cooperation between the regional markets, is the important condition of enterprise to obtain scale economy.However, both differences in different parts of the market environment, and government policy changes in the environment factors pose new challenges to the enterpriseshow to choose tne relationship between regional market. In order to response to need of the local market and the institutional environment, headquarters had to give up the pursuit of economies of scale to give priority, and the regional markets are independent of each other.Based on the Chinese market is unified and divided, what factors lead to influence the differences between regional market unit relationship?It is difficult to solve the problem.Enterprises in the special market environment of China, in particular industry, and the characteristics of the enterprise itself, the three factors in different degree affects the choice of enterprise relationship between regional market.Therefore, this paper dissect the factors affecting enterprise relationship between regional market choice from the three levels. By reviewing the relevant literature andembedded market segmentation this particular situation, this paper preliminary constructed thetheory model about what affect the choice of the relationship between regional market, and the throry include consolidation potential, power mechanism, the enterprise culture, the executive branch of the entrepreneurial spirit, and then USES empirical research method, through the 264 questionnaire distributed in line with the research topics of sample data and analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis, according to the data test results to validate the proposed hypothesis and discussion, finally it is concluded that the following three results:(1) the higher the consolidation potential of the industry, enterprises tend to be centralized and more rights mechanism, the tendency of organizational identification enterprise culture, the relationship between the regional market more tendency to cooperation;On the other hand, the relationship between the regional markets tend to be independent.(2) the executive branch of the entrepreneurial spirit also affects the relationship between the regional market, but their impact on the relationship between regional market direction is uncertain.(3) the system from the power mechanism of the enterprise, enterprise culture and the relationship between the regional market has a regulation, system distance adjustment to make the choice of the relationship between regional market has become more complicated.
