An organizational structure is building in the course of collaboration, assigning responsibilities,authorization, which is generate in management and leading all member to achieve business goal.Its essence is a collaborated system aiming at the achievement of the strategic goals。Action and reaction is a relationship between enterprise organization structure and enterprise strategic target.Organization structure subordinated to enterprise strategy,moreover, it has great influenct on enterprise goal and determine variety of resources allocation。This paper adopt case study by historical documents,comparative analysis,individual- case interview to review the organization structure reengineering background and course of Guangzhou Post(GZYZ)。It analyses the necessity of Organization structure reengineering, summarizes the new measures,makes assessment of its effect and puts forward suggestions for further improvement。GZYZ conduct organization structure reengineering is not only for solving the counter between current organization structure and business trend, but also adapting to the change of market,client and industry and complying with the industry and higher-up transformation strategy. This organization structure reengineering is implemented on the principle of flat and specialization,base on the banking strategy, E-commercial strategy and management control mode transforming strategy. It further clear the department responsibility,reduce administrative levels,accelerates the marketing reaction and ability, simplify the executives and supporting staff to improve efficiency.Through the above means business and management process had been streamlined and the operating costs had been cut。The success of GZYZ organization reengineering contribute to four factors. The first, we make transformation for the initiative when acutely aware the demand has changed in the market and the client,and the strend of mobile Internet technology. The second, we seeking change actively while remaining focus on the transformation of business strategy and management strategy. The third, we make overall measure with precise planning,elaborate organization and well coordination. The fourth,we improve beneficial result through advance efficiency of business operation and human resource.However, in the course of implement there are still insufficient to be perfected. The first,subject to the system of organization we have to take some transitional measure in arrangement of institution and human resource. The second, staff training and quality, cadres turnover system have a impact on the maximum effect of organization reengineering. The third,organization reengineering with wide- ranging implications,which need further optimize the mating process。This paper has used the case study method to analyze the restructuring of GZZY in different angles. On one hand, this is to trigger further thoughts towards this restructuring of GZZY based on the critical analyze. On the other hand, this is for accelerating the transformation of the whole postal system by providing a real case on restructuring.
