This paper describes the situation that Xihua Company is facing and also the existing issues in management and business process in Xihua Company from the typical successful domestic cases in business process reengineering and as well as the historical development, traditional management mode, business process operation system, future development planning of the author's company to the analysis of both the current internal and external environment of the company. It proposes that business process reengineering (BPE) is the natural requirement and choice of Xihua Company in the management improvement and realization of rapid development.This paper mainly introduces the newest theory for business process reengineering for modern enterprises. It adapts the "zero base thinking" and "value chain analysis" method to have a deep analysis to the business process reengineering of Xihua Company. It defines the scope and target for the business process reengineering, the theoretical method used, the processes to be reengineered and the reengineer means and methods to be adapted to ensure the reengineering and so on.By research and analysis to the issues and by linking the future development plan and target positioning, the paper proposes a reengineering plan for the business process reengineering which is suitable for the management specialties of Xihua Company, i.e., to give a complete new design to the main business processes, auxiliary business processes, information business processes and organization structure by relying on the information promotion means, and using the program management theory.Business process reengineering is a systematic engineering and it involves the whole aspects of enterprises management. In order to ensure an effective implementation of the business process reengineering in Xihua Company, the paper proposes some ensuring methods in the end of this paper, including the creation of enterprise organization management system, construction of company culture, performance evaluation and incentive system and others.
