E-commerce product quality is an important thing which will make a deep influence on national economy and the people’s livelihood, Guangdong is a big province of manufacturing, also is a big province of e-commerce transactions. In 2014 China’s e-commerce industry reached 12.3 trillion RMB, including e-commerce transactions of Guangdong province is 2.63 trillion RMB, 30.5% higher than at the end of 2013, the growth rate higher than the national(up 20.3%) in the country. With the rapid development of e-commerce transactions, all sorts of chaos also emerge in endlessly, highlight for performance as: more and more fake and inferior products appeared in e-commerce transactions, but hard to find and supervise; third-party e-commerce platform and sales person Deceive consumer,and these behaviors are very difficult to get specification. These chaotic phenomena hurt consumers’ life and property safety, but suppresses the benign development of the e-commerce transactions in our province.This article uses the interview method, field observation method, Quality of consumer goods in Guangdong province and the third party e-commerce transaction platform act as the research object, through analysis of the problems existing in E-commerce product quality supervision of government in Guangdong province, Propose that the government should formulate relevant laws and regulations as soon as possible, give full play to their role as the technical institutions of technical support, guide consumers to set up correct consumption idea, guiding the third party e-commerce transaction platform specification operation, set up e-commerce product quality social supervision team, create a good electronic commerce of Guangdong province product quality supervision pattern.
