Research On Quality And Safety Supervision Model Of Electronic Commerce Products

With the rapid development of the Internet and the logistics industry,online shopping has become one of the most important means of daily consumption.The quality of the product is also the focus of attention.Therefore,the State Quality Inspection Admininstration established the Hangzhou nation e-commerce product quality monitoring and disposal center.The ultimate goal of the construction is to put forward a series of constructive implementation plans and put them into practice by studying the current status of the quality of e-commerce products and regulatory needs,so as to creat a harmonious and ordered onling shopping environment.This article relies on e-commerce product quality risk monitoring center,From the perspective of the regulatory authorities on the electricity provider platform product quality and safety risk monitoring system to study,rather than from a specific point of view of commercial products to study.Therefore,this article is in the line under the line of product quality supervision on the innovative way to put forward a set of online product quality for the regulatory model.The main results of this paper include:1.Aiming at the particularity of the platform,to develop a scientific sampling method--hierarchical dynamic random sampling method,to sample extraction.Complete the sampling work with the sampling platform which has been built by the risk monitoring center.In accordance with its functional design,step by step the implementation of product sampling process,and get the sampling results related information for follow-up study.2.Using the stability research function of Minitab software,enter the qualified rate of sampling inspection and generate control chart,reflecting the stability of electricity products intuitively,that is,the overall situation of the entire product quality,and use examples to demonstrate how to determine whether the electronic product is in stable state.3.Analysis the results of the sampling in depth,using the index-weighted comprehensive evaluation method to proceed from the characteristics of the product quality of the electricity supplier,establish an early warning model for risk assessment of e-commerce product quailty and safety;risk grading and intelligent early warning for product quality characteristics,and through examples to demonstrate;which allows consumers to purchase online has a rating criteria.4.The quality and safety risk monitoring results of e-commerce products,include quality stability control research and risk assessment early warning results,and will be published on the special information sharing platform in the form of news resports.For the quality supervision departments and consumers to obtain electricity quality products and product safety and security status,so that they can choose to avoid some of the high rate of failure of the product or business.
