In 2005, the revenue of this market is over 500 million Chinese Yuan and this number is expected to increase to 650 million CNY in 2016. this year, the Alibaba Group has successfully IPO in the Wall Street and achieve a great success with a shock to the world, this successful business story has informed the world the fast development of the Chinese cross border E-commerce market.The development of the cross border E-commerce market has made a large contribution to the stability of international trade growth in China, however, at the same time, the fast development of this market also brings a lot of obstacles for the supervision of the Chinese custom house. There’s still lack of specific regulation for custom house to supervise the cross border E-commerce trade activities and few academic research on this topic in China as well, it’s urgently necessary to do some research on the measure to do the supervision on the cross border E-commerce business.This thesis will mainly take three research methods including literature research case, analysis and comparative research to study this topic, we will give a brief introduction of this topic in the open chapter, then we will study the current development of the E-commerce and the bureaucratic supervision measures of the Chinese customer house, the third chapter, we will summarize the current measure condition and the obstacles we confront when custom house audit the E-commerce, and the forth chapter will show us the newest supervise measure abroad, followed by fifth chapter we will summarize some useful advices on the supervision of the Chinese cross border E-commerce business for the custom house.With the 6 years working experience in the world largest express company who are also listed in the top 500 companies in the world, I’ve study the supervision measures of Chinese custom house when they dealing with the cross border E-commerce business, we proposals some useful advices for the custom house through our experience and the great study, we do hope these advices will be helpful for the development for both the supervision measure upgrade and the progress of the cross border E-commerce industry.
