The new practice of the rural construction landcirculation in Nanhai called "New Nanhai mode."By building game model of local government, real-estate developers and collectives inconstruction land circulation in rural areas, revealed that because the huge economic benefitsand policies regulations of the absence, rural collective and real-estate developers take theinitiative to promote the circulation of collective land in secret.
