When strategic emerging industry during the evolution periods, it is full of uncertainties, lead to the financing problem; Strategic emerging industry has expanded rapidly when during development period,the subsequent financing demand increased dramatically, it also need healthy and diversified financial support, therefore, it is vital to solving the problem of financial support for strategic emerging industries.This article aims at researching the financial support of strategic emerging industry in Xin Jiang,so it has a certain practical significance.This study comprehensive summary concept of strategic emerging industries and financial support,analysis the mechanism of the interactive relationship between the strategic emerging industry and financial support. On this basis, empirical analysis financial support effect of strategic emerging industry in Xin Jiang by using panel data model, DEA and Malmquist empirical methods. Based on the experience of the emerging industry at home and abroad financial support, this paper put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures and guarantee measures for strategic emerging industry in Xin Jiang.The main conclusions of this paper is: Firstly, although the strategic emerging industry in Xin Jiang made some achievements, but there are also exist problems,for instant,strategic emerging industry mainly consists of small and medium-sized enterprises,The choice of some industries is insufficient, and huge Differences in regional development. Secondly, In the perspective of financial support suppliers, strategic emerging industries in Xin Jiang the marketability financial support is not optimistic, has a certain restrict the development of industry; Policy finance in Xin Jiang have certain support role and guide strategic emerging industry develops,but the size of its funding is far blew the national average,the comprehensive and strength of policy support cannot compared with developed provinces such as Jiang Su province in our country.Thirdly, from the perspective of the financial support demand side, strategic emerging enterprises have problems such as technical efficiency is low,and the scale of diminishing returns in the process of capital allocation,this lead to capital allocation efficiency has poor performance,at the same time,indirectly affect the financial support of the industry.
