Universities Of Land Intensive Utilization Evaluation In Xi`an

China’s colleges of land use with the popularization of higher education modernization and education and continuous development. With the expansion of enrollment, old campus population tends to saturation, colleges have been expanding land construction of old campus, In multi-campus school-running mode, colleges and universities, there appeared such as the extensive use of land use, land idle and a series of social and economic problems.Based on Xi`an University of Architecture and Technology as the main research object, in view of the current universities in multi-campus school-running mode of land use in the process of blind pursuit of scale, and discusses the management responsibility is not clear. Through 15 universities in xian compared with 15 colleges and universities across the country, understanding of xi ’an land intensive use level of colleges and universities, colleges and universities for related departments to formulate standard, management rules and etc. To provide the reference,also provide the reality basis for the planning of campus.Finally, aiming at the problems of land use in colleges and universities put forward the relevant opinions and Suggestions, to promote the transformation of the mode of land use, land layout optimization of land use structure, scientific planning, out of a connotative and intensive development path.
