System Analysis And Research On The Competitiveness Of The Urban Complex

As organization form of urban intensive, urban complex has become the main trend of edge cities compete to development. But because of the too fast development of the urban complex, homogeneity phenomenon worsens, led to the urban complex lacks strong competitiveness, the situation of the project operation failure is constantly on the rise. How to build a city with unique characteristics of the complex project evaluation index system of competitiveness has become the academic and commercial real estate sector working together to solve the hot issues.In this paper, in order to improve the urban complex competitive ability as the goal, based on the theory of project competitiveness, using literature research method, rough set theory, system analysis method, case analysis and other research methods. Paper in view of the urban complex uniqueness and the actual situation of the project, based on in-depth study of project competitiveness theory, put forward the concept and characteristics of urban complex competitiveness. The use of project life cycle theory to explore the factors of urban complex internal competitiveness, using the modified PEST model to investigate the factors of the competitiveness of urban complex external environment. The combination of internal and external, constructs the evaluation index system of urban complex competitiveness. Using rough set to construct the evaluation model of the competitiveness of urban complex, through the use of empirical research and evaluation model, evaluation of the formation of five key indicators of urban complex competitiveness. Based on the theory of Boston matrix, the urban context is divided into four categories. Finally put forward to develop the city synthesis competitive power countermeasure and the suggestion, in order to realize the urban context for a long time operation and sustainable development.
