Modern Integrated Manufacturing Process Reengineering Factors Affecting

With the increasingly fierce market competition and the challenge of economic globalization, enterprise production system will be in operation in the complicated and changeable environment, with a variety of uncertain factors, in order to adapt to this trend, the enterprise must be the traditional manufacturing technology and modern information technology, management technology, automation technology, system engineering technology organically, realize informationization, intelligent, integrated enterprises in the whole life cycle of product, namely the realization of modern integrated manufacturing mode, and improve the flexibility of business processes, robustness and agility. To meet the needs of modern integrated manufacturing mode, enterprises must carry out the reorganization of business processes and design practice, but a lot of enterprise business process reengineering has not achieved the expected effect and target, high failure rate, therefore, how to improve the business process reengineering(BPR) success rate has become the common challenges facing our country academic circles and enterprise problem. Based on related theories at home and abroad and the practical results of this paper, study the factors that influence the business process reengineering of modern integrated manufacturing mode, to improve the enterprise BPR implementation performance has a certain theoretical reference and practical value.The paper first analyzed the present research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on the BPR and the related theory and method, based on the principle of dynamics system, application, analysis of the power and the resistance by enterprises to implement BPR, combined with modern integrated manufacturing mode of the process reengineering requirements, factors that influence the process reengineering of modern integrated reengineering mode: support the enterprise strategy management, the transformation of the organizational structure, business process management, human resource management, information technology, and the use of the balanced scorecard, increase from the operating profit, reduce operating costs, improve customer satisfaction, employee enthusiasm improve four aspects of the establishment of a performance evaluation system of BPR, and finally, obtain the empirical data through the questionnaire survey, the data using SPSS software for analysis, verification of BRP factors and BPR implementation of the relation between performance, and draws the conclusion: the influencing factors of BPR and there was a positive correlation between the performance of BPR implementation.The results of the paper BPR has some guidance significance to the enterprise implementation factors, so that enterprises can better grasp of the business process reengineering effect, improve the success rate of BPR, advance the process of enterprise information construction.
