Looking around the world,each year more than70%of new jobs and new productsand services are created by middle and small-sized enterprises.At the start-up stage ofmiddle and small-sized enterprises,the YS company.In the face of external increasingglobal competition,the survival and development is faced with serious threats andchallenges.Internal employee performance directly affect the company’s performance andbusiness development direction.Therefore,research YS company performance influencefactor for enterprise performance management to improve and enhance the level ofemployee performance has important practical significance.Firstly, the author introduces the status of overseas and domestic research aboutinfluential factors of employees’ performance. Secondly,this paper analyzed about thepresent situation of the employees of the company and its management,and point out theproblems. Thirdly,through the questionnaire survey and data analysis,and analysis of the YScompany employee performance influence factors were investigated. Then,on the basis ofthe above research and analysis,analysis the YS company employee performance indexsystem.From two aspects: individual factors and organizational factors discussed ability,effort, opportunity and work characteristics on the impact of employee performance.And thefactors that affect employee performance model was constructed. Finally,the author putsforward some tactical suggestions about how to increase knowledge workers performancebase on the conclusion of the theoretic analysis and empirical study. The followings are thesuggestions. Attaches great importance to staff training.Pay more attention to the incentiveof YS company employees.Strengthen the employee communication and feedback.Attachesgreat importance to the management of staff career planning.This study aimed to small and medium-sized enterprises,Particularly in the start-up stageof small and medium-sized enterprises to improve, improve certain employee performancewas analyzed and discussed.Through the study in this paper,improve employee performancefor small and medium enterprises will also provide certain reference and reference.
