Luoyang City as the deputy center of the Central Plains Economic Zone, has important strategic position in the overall situation of reform and development, vigorously develops rural professional cooperative organization, has important significance of accelerating the development of rural economy in Luoyang city and promotes the industrialization of agriculture.Through field investigation, this article summary and analysis the number of organizations, organizational forms, production services, the radiation level of the overall scope of the four aspects of the development of professional cooperative organizations in Luoyang, deeply analysis the factors which influencing the farmer professional cooperation organization in Luoyang city and orderly development. The results showed farmers’ professional cooperative organizations in Luoyang promoting local agricultural industrialization, playing a leading role, conforming to the needs of a large market; but there are lack of internal systems, service level, financing, government management and other issues.
