Research On The Development Of Sightseeing Agriculture In The West Of Henan Province

Sightseeing agriculture is based on agriculture, sightseeing tours for the content, for the purpose of leisure tourism is a new industry. In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, the income increase of urban residents, and more and more demanding for tourism consumption, rapid growing agricultural sightseing park such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain in the suburban area of big city. At the same time, the national structural adjustment in agriculture to develop in depth, the reform of land policy and local government regulations and policies, bring more power for further development of sightseeing agriculture. This paper with a lot of data in the review, in west area of Henan Province as the research object, summarizes the development status of the study in recent years. The problems existed in the development of sightseeing agriculture on the issue, and the future development direction are discussed from different angles.First of all, through the literature review of the concept and connotation of sightseeing agriculture, the characteristics and functions of them were analysed. And through the introduction of the present situation of the research and successful cases of domestic and foreign agricultural tourism development, from the national level and the government point of view, investors and operators’ mind, different levels of labor role and status of the population of sightseeing agriculture attitude and intuitive understanding, the rapid development of our the sightseeing agriculture was interpreted and the current development status in, further deepen the understanding of this new industry.Secondly, the development and current situation of the development of sightseeing agriculture in the west of Henan province introduced and analyzed. Model types of sightseeing agriculture in the west of Henan Province are as follows: the agricultural industry, agricultural science and technology demonstration park, natural resources, tourism, agriculture and agricultural park history and culture combined with type five. The development of sightseeing agriculture in western Henan Province has experienced roughly three forms, from the initial simple farmhouse to the development of industrial clusters of words today. A large number sightseeing agriculture demonstration park with good trend are emerging.Third, through a comprehensive investigation on several areas of western Henan Province, two representative demonstration analysis focus on the analysis of Sanmenxia Liu Zhuang high-efficiency agriculture demonstration park and the Silver Beach of Luoyang leisure agricultural park. The commonness and individuality of the problems existing in the planning, construction and management in the process of the park were mentioned. A valuable reference for the future development of sightseeing agriculture in western Henan province were provided.Fourth, through the investigation on the current situation of the development of sightseeing agriculture in western Henan Province, the existing problems in the development of the industry were summarized. Some corresponding countermeasures from different angles was put forward, which specially focuses on the concrete strategies of "industrial development guidance" in the development of sightseeing agriculture and guide the direction for the future development. Finally, the conclusion and the problems mentioned in this study are discussed.
