With the appearance and popularity of the internet and the rapid development of electronic communication technologies, people’s consumption habits and concept take place greatly changes. The emergence of e-commerce and internet marketing meet the people’s living, also bring the new chance for the enterprises. Honey is a natural health product, more and more welcomed by the general public. However, the traditional sales model difficult to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition, network marketing became the future direction of honey products business.The paper consists of five chapters: The first part is about the background, research ideas and methods, content and based on the lack of innovation and research. The second part of the theoretical literature review and comments: define the concept of network marketing and ecommerce, and introduces the theory of traditional marketing and network marketing, network marketing will be noted that the development trend of corporate marketing. The third part honey sales environment analysis and marketing status: the status quo of traditional honey products companies analyzed, pointing out its shortcomings: the way they operate honey product homogeneity, lack of professional marketing talent and level of information management is not high. The fourth part of the status quo XX honey product marketing in e-commerce carried out a detailed analysis.
