With the development of economic globalization and market economy, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, how to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises is an important problem of enterprise. In an increasingly competitive market environment, more and more enterprises recognize the important role of enterprise culture, and carry out the enterprise culture as the core competitiveness to compete with other companies. It is an important goal to improve employees enterprise culture identity, but also an important way to improve employees job performance. Therefore, the st udy on the effects of enterprise culture on employees job performance have important practical significance.This study builds a relation model and puts forward the research hypothesis, on the basis of literature review and combing of the cultural identity of the enterprise and job performance. Through on different industry of enterprise employees for questionnaire survey, the study collected 314 valid questionnaires, then apply statistical analysis software SPSS21.0 to analyze descriptive statistical analysis, questionnaire reliability and validity test, single factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results showed that enterprise culture identity has positive influence on job performance. The dimensions of the cognitive level, behavior level and social level have significantly positive influence on task performance and associated performance, emotional level for task performance and associated performance is not significant. Different individual characteristics of employees in the enterprise culture identity and job performance are different.On the basis of research results, this study puts forward the corresponding management advice, expected to promote the construction of enterprise culture, improve the level of employees enterprise culture identity, in turn, promote the work performance vigorously, ultimately enhance the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.
