Enterprise culture theory which arose in1980s has gradually became an important partof management research in the recent years. With the growth of a number of well-performingenterprises, management practise of enterprise culture has been honored in business, academiaand government.“management of small businesses relies on authority; management ofmedium-sized enterprises relies on system; management of large enterprises relies onculture.” The theory has been widely accepted by the society. Over the past decade, it’s atendency for domestic enterprises, especially for large enterprises to set up enterprise culture.With the publishing of “On Strengthening the Construction of Enterprise’s Culture” bySASAC in March2005, the construction of enterprise culture prospered among domesticenterprises.As for the past practices, it forms part of a broader awareness on the construction ofenterprise culture which looks simpler than it actually is. The preparation of the work plan ormanagement system was eventually shelved. This is not only a waste of resources, but alsothe regret of the construction work in corporate culture.Therefore, this study attempts to explore construction system of YD Group’s enterpriseculture from the aspects of definition, contents, laws and methods. As a result, author tries tointegrate a certain reference value system. This study will focus on the following issues: firstof all, find out cultural diagnosis and main points of enterprise; secondly, state clearly the coreelements of the idea system in enterprise interior; thirdly, core elements of implementingenterprise culture; fourthly, point out contents, principles, methods and steps of publicity ofenterprise culture; at last, sum up influencing factors and revelation of the publicity ofenterprise culture.This study will integrate theory with priactice through literature consulting and fieldinvestigating. On the basis of consulting literature, this thesis focuses on core ideas andtheories from more than10classics. Furthermore, This paper is established in the author’sexperience and the investigation of constructing enterprise culture at home and abroad, at thesame time, concludes the most effective methods. So as to ensure that the case of this paper isto study both the theoretical and practical.The paper is consist of five parts. The first chapter is about background, relevantresearches and core concepts of enterprise culture. In chapter two, this paper summerizesbackground of YD Group and current status of enterprise culture. Chapter three constructssystem of enterprise culture publicity; the fourth chapter analyses the promoting and implementing efforts and its application progress. In conclusion, main points of this article isreviewed and summarized. The author concludes shortcomings and recommendations forfurther research.
