Research On The Countermeasures To Promote The Development Of China Crowdfunding

Since 2009, the crowdfunding has gradually started and achieved great development in the developed countries as a new kind of investment pattern of the international finance. As the capital demand of China’s small and micro enterprises and entrepreneurs gradually increases, the traditional financing system cannot satisfy modern financing needs completely. The birth of crowdfunding expands the investment channels of social public and improves the small and micro enterprises’ problems of financing difficulties. The development of crowdfunding in China started in 2011 and began to developed rapidly in 2014. However,compared with the developed countries, there is still a big gap in some aspects, such as imperfect mechanism, imperfect law system, investment risk and so on.This paper takes commodity crowdfunding and equity crowdfunding as the research objects, to define the conception of crowdfunding and summarize the operation flow and selection mechanism of crowdfunding,. This paper analyzes the current development condition and then puts forward major problems and causes of the crowdfunding development in China. Through the integration of the development condition of United States and reference to the JOBS act, this paper reveals the lack in the investment pattern, the credit system construction, and legal construction in China. Based on the above analysis, this article puts forward suggestions on financing pattern, guarantee system and related legal advice of crowdfunding, which is suitable for China. We hope to provide some new thinking to improve the healthy development of the crowdfunding industry in China.
