Human resource is a valuable asset for enterprise, and person-position matching is the key to human resource management. Effective person-position matching decision can not only give scope to employees’ ability, to arouse their work enthusiasm, but also can bring higher and further economic benefits. Existing studies about person-position matching mostly based on the matching of both sides under the premise of fully rational, but in the actual matching activities, it is difficult for decision makers to be completely rational. For these reasons, we introduce behavioral science knowledge, and propose two kinds of person-position matching decision methods based on the regret theory and the prospect theory. In this paper, we first analyzed and reviewed the relevant document literature, and introduced the two-sided matching theory, the regret theory and the prospect theory. On the basis of relevant theory, by disposing the relevant assessment information,we constructed the basic model of the person-position matching decision method with Topsis. By introducing the knowledge of regret theory, in consideration of the regret aversion degree and the risk aversion coefficient, we constructed the perceived utility matrix. then proposed a personposition matching decision method to maximize the perceived utility of both sides. Then we introduced the knowledge of prospect theory, in consideration of the subjective expectation and the risk aversion coefficient, we constructed the perceived value matrix. Then we proposed a person-position matching decision method to maximize the perceived value of both sides. Finally, We describe and analyze these decision-making methods, through the instance analysis, we compare the different decision-making methods and matching schemes. This paper introduces the regret theory and the prospect theory in Person-Position Matching. Compared with the perfectly rational decision-making method, this one is more close to the practice of the decision-making. The paper discusses the human resource management of enterprise organization activities more guiding significance.
