Technology transaction is an effective way to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the close combination of science,technology and economy.With the advent of the era of big data and the rapid development of Internet technology market,technology transaction faces many serious challenges,such as technology transaction contract rate is not high,information overload problem.Under the circumstances,how to effectively implement two-way matching between the technology demand and supply subjects,become a key problem to be solved in the process of the rapid development of the online technology market.Bilateral research originated in the classic marriage match problem,then,based the deeply study in the classical bilateral matching problem,the scholars not only theoretically perfect,complement and extend the bilateral matching algorithm,also successfully applied bilateral matching theory to the human resources management,e-commerce,risk investment,and many other fields.Based on this,this article introduces bilateral matching theory to the technology market,to solve the matching problem between technology suppliers and demanders in technology transaction.Matching decision problem of technology suppliers and demanders,including two decision problems under different circumstances where decision-makers are complete rationality or limited rationality.In terms of the different situations of the bilateral matching problem between technology supply and demand subjects,respectively puts forward bilateral matching decision method based on the rational approximation method and prospect theory,in order to provide decision support for the intelligent matching between technology supply and demand subjects.Addresses the issue of this paper to study,the main work carried out as follows:Contrapose the bilateral matching problem between technology supply and demand subjects that disregarding the psychological expectation and perception,a bilateral decision method for technology supply and demand subjects based on the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is proposed.Under the situation where psychological expectation and perception of technology suppliers and demanders isn't taking into account,technology supply and demand subjects give objective evaluation information of three types index: language variable,the interval number and the accurate number,the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution is used to determine the satisfaction degree of technology supply and demand subjects,the selection rules for the minimum acceptable satisfaction degree of technology supply and demand subjects is designed,the initial technology combination of supply and demand is filtered with the minimum acceptable satisfaction degree as a filter condition,multi-objective optimization model is built to maximize the satisfaction degree of technology supply and demand subjects.Contrapose the bilateral matching problem between technology supply and demand that considering the psychological expectation and perception,a bilateral decision method for technology supply and demand subjects based on the prospect theory is proposed.Under the situation where psychological expectation and perception of technology supply and demand is taking into account,technology supply and demand subjects give expectation and practical information of three types indexes: language variable,the interval number and the accurate number,the prospect theory is used to determine the comprehensive prospect value of technology supply and demand subjects,a multi-objective optimization model is built to maximize the comprehensive prospect value of technology supply and demand subjects.Two instances about technology supply-demand matching under different situation is offered.The satisfaction degree and comprehensive prospect value of technology supply and demand subjects are respectively determined by the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution and prospect theory,then the multi-objective optimization model is constructed,matching results are given through the Lingo optimization software package,the effective and feasible of the bilateral matching method is verified.
