With the rapid development of socialist market economy, all aspects of market economy has taken a series of changes. Meanwhile, with the company scales expanding constantly, reasonable and effective matching problem of position and personnel in H&R has been gradually emphasized. What’s more, in the process of matching, a person- job problem considering two parties’ expected value has also been paid attention by more and more scholars. This paper, in the framework of " prospect theory" and in the basis of consideration of person-job expected value, de.als with the research on person-job two sided matching in the H&R management. And it also offers the corresponding two sided matching optimization model in order to make it meaningful and practical to match the job-person effectively and theoretically. This paper focusing on the optimization of personnel and post matching problem, proposed a person-job matching method based on prospect theory, which is a decisive analysis method of matching personnel and job for the expected value. This method offers a totally new view on this problem.Firstly, it constructs the matrixes about the expect value and actual evaluation information of each agent. Secondly, the expected value given by each two-sided matching agent is chosen as the reference point, and then constructs the matrixes of gain and loss relative to the reference point. Based on the method of the prospect theory the matrixes are constructed. Furthermore, a multi-objective optimization model is developed. By using liner weighted method, the multi multi-objective optimization model is transformed into a optimization model. The matching result is obtained by solving the optimization model. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method.
