As the core of human resource management, Person-position matching plays a decisive role in order to promote the modern enterprise’s development healthy and orderly. Achieving the person-position matching will help for the company to save labor costs and to create huge profits.So it becomes very important to research on modern company’s person-position matching. So far, academia had researched some contents about post-position matching, but these studies were not enough in depth and breadth, and it hasn’t had any studies of person-position matching about China state-owned investment companies. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the person-position matching about China state-owned investment company, on the basis of summarizing and integrating the literature knowledge, do a focused study with "A" state investment company which is in a China western city as a case, by doing questionnaire with employees of the company and for interviewing the company HR, analysis and depth profiling a summary of state-owned investment company of person-position matching situation, extract the problems. Then based on existing theory and practice of research, establish meaningful dynamic model of person-position matching for state-owned. And thus puts forward the valuable comments and suggestions for improving human resources management for the region or even the national state-owned investment companies.
