Study On The Situation And Development Strategies Of Intermediary Business In Hebei Agricultural Bank

The business of intermediaries and assets and liabilities are known as the "Troika”of modern commercial bank. Innovating and developing of intermediary business has been the trend of the global bank industry in the background of global economy, financial disintermediation and increasing competition in the financial industry now, which is also the inevitable choice of seeking scientific development, transformation development, and enhancing market competitiveness for Hebei Agricultural Bank.In this paper, for problems of domestic and international study, I choice the intermediary business for study object, select Hebei Agricultural Bank for example, on the basis of the related theory about Management, a lot of detailed data, a combination style of qualitative and quantitative analysis, analyze of the advantages, disadvantages, and the facing opportunities and threats for the development of the intermediary business of Hebei Agricultural Bank from the external environment and internal environment. Then put forward the guiding ideology for the development of intermediary business of Hebei Agricultural Bank which adopt the Boston Matrix and other management analysis methods. It is hoped to be helpful in solving the operation and management problems in the development process of the intermediary business and in the meantime, providing some useful reference for the development of the intermediary business of other domestic commercial banks.
