Research On The Competitiveness Of Service Outsourcing Industry In Xinjiang

In recent years, the global service outsourcing market develop rapidly, the status of the service outsourcing industry in the process of economic globalization is increasingly obvious. At the same time, China service outsourcing industry is expanding quickly, the structure is improving steadily, the industrial agglomeration effect that China service outsourcing demonstration city as the main body is strengthened day by day. But compared with other provinces and cities, the development of Xinjiang service outsourcing industry is relatively backward. China service outsourcing industry has gradually transferred from the eastern coastal areas to central and western regions. In this paper, through the analysis of factors affecting the competitiveness of Xinjiang service outsourcing industry and put forward the countermeasure of improving the competitiveness of Xinjiang service outsourcing industry, to promote the optimization and adjustment of Xinjiang economic structure.This paper mainly adopts the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis to study the competitiveness of the Xinjiang service outsourcing industry. The main contents are as follows:The first part mainly summarize the research results about the domestic and foreign scholars on the competitiveness of the service outsourcing industry. The second part analyzes the current situation of the development of service outsourcing industry in Xinjiang, the current situation of the development of service outsourcing industry in China as the background, the foundation of the development of service outsourcing industry in Xinjiang, the business structure and the important enterprise are analyzed. The third part take advantage of the "Diamond Model" to analyze the competitiveness of Xinjiang service outsourcing industry, from the factors of production, market demand, related and supporting industries, business strategy, the opportunities and the support of the government to carry on the comprehensive evaluation of the competitiveness of Xinjiang service outsourcing industry. The fourth part is based on the "Diamond Model" framework, using factor analysis method to select 16 factors were compared to measurements of Xinjiang service outsourcing on behalf of the city of Urumqi and 21 service outsourcing demonstration city, find out the gap of service outsourcing industry in Xinjiang. The results of the study, Xinjiang has a certain economic basis in the development of service outsourcing industry, but the weaknesses include the lack of human resources, service outsourcing enterprise strength weak, enterprise innovation ability insufficient, poor investment and financing environment. Finally, this paper put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the service outsourcing talent training system, service outsourcing enterprise strength improvement and so on.
