Analysis On Chinese Service Outsourcing Industry International Competitiveness

Around the world, no matter where you go almost can see the goods which made in China. Since the reform and opening up, China has constantly deeply opening to the outside world and attracting foreign capital. China has been developing rapidly and has became world's factory. But in the same time we have to face some problems: the high cost and high pollution. Our manufacture industry has played an important role in China's development, but the problems also cannot be ignored. Therefore, China urgently needs to find a way to solve these problems. Service outsourcing industry, it is a kind of the industry and birth. As Asian developing countries, our neighboring India has done for our example.Firstly, this article analyzed the related theory of service outsourcing and international competitiveness. Then analyzed the situation of outsourcing in China and other countries .In order to get the competitiveness of China's service outsourcing, I used the theory of Michael Porter's diamond model to analyze the influence factors of the service outsourcing industry. After learned the relevant literature and deeply thought, and established a competitiveness evaluation index system of service outsourcing industry. Through comprehensive analysis method, determined the weight (using entropy assignment) and we got the competitiveness rankings. Compared and analyzed the advantages and the gap among these countries. Finally, put forward the countermeasures.
