The Situation Of Goose-breeding Industry And The Analysis Of Industrialization In Jilin Province

Jilin province is one of the most rapidly developing province on goose-breeding i ndustry which,to a large extent,inceases farmers’ income. Jilin province also provides goose-breeding industry with ample food resources and land. However, though the out put of goose in Jilin province is among most high-productive in China,it still lack the competitive advantage in international market since the shortage of unified standard,i mmaturity of processing and lack of features. Since the advent of the 21 st century, the goose production of jilin province increases steadily, as ten percent of national produ ction. Thus the challenge exactly faced by the goose industry nowadays is to change t he its status of "quantity-domain" to "quality domain".This essay aims at investigating the current situation of goose industry in Jilin province by deeply anticipating the wh ole process of output of goose including production,transportation and processing. Be sides, it also aims to facilitate such process and find the problems existed in future dev elopment.This essay is conducted by three chapters and the theorem and conclusion are sh owed as follow.Chapter 1: Elaborate and analysis the current situation of goose-breeding indust ry by deeply investigating the production amount, storage volume, variety, yield numb er, quality of breeding water, disease prevention and control and the quality of goose meat. As concluded, the amount of goose output increases steadily. Moreover, it antici pates the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by the goose-in dustry by the SWOT analytical method. The analysis points out that goose-breeding i ndustry should seize the opportunity, to play take reasonable measures to avoid the dis advantages, so as to reduce the threat.Chapter 2 Comparing the input and output of goose raisers shows that free range husbandry contains more profit than rear livestock in pens. What’s more, the goose br eeding scale is in direct proportion to the the profit. Through the comparison, we find the larger-scale breeding the greater the reward. As for investigating the processing co mpanies of goose meat in Jilin province, we found that following threats in goose processing industry: the company that processing the goose lack large scale and a lot of s ources of goose are ignored to utilized. The reasons for such problems are the weakne ss of unified standards, advanced techniques and creative breeding method and loose s upervision of government, unstable reward. In order to speed the goose industry in Jili n province, the scale of goose industry is needed to expand, strengthen the ability of i nnovation,improve the supervision of government, and emphasize the connections b etween goose raiser and customers. As for analyzing the market report of goose indust ry, it points out that marketing scale limitations, unwarranted goose eggs and fragility to market risk. For solving such problemsbuilding proper marketing system is needed and innovating a new way for goose trade.Chapter3: This chapter is the part of conclusions and suggestions which as follo wing: Chinese goose industry has stepped to the new stage; the goose industry of Jilin province keeps large developing potential and energy; the goose industry in China pu t the emphasis from rough processing to elaborate processing and the goose market of Jilin province is tightly restricted. Based on the conclusion, the essay represents the p ossible solutions.
