The Influence Of Opening To The Outside World On The Evolution Of Informal Institution

Based on the evolutionary game theory and computer C language, this paper simulates the altruistic behavior under different situation according to different evolutionary rules from 2*2 matrix to 10000*10000 matrix to compare the change of the evolution generation and provide a quantitative, simulated explanation for the ultimate proposition of ethical research: why can good survive? It as well provides a theory support for the correctness and rationality of the policy.Through theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper gets the following conclusions:For the closed society:Conclusion 1: a small percentage of the moral behavior can survive, and affect other individuals.Conclusion 2: moral individuals will not only survive, also can spread,eventually make the society stay with the state of morality.Conclusion 3: It is difficult for amoral individuals to invade a moral society.Conclusion 4: the evolution of morality is not smooth, and volatility may occur.Conclusion 5: increasing the intensity of punishment for defectors, and encouraging the collaborators can accelerate the evolution of morality.Conclusion 6: reducing population can significantly shorten the evolution process to moral social, proving the idea that small easy to governance.Conclusion 7: changing environment has a significant effect on moral behavior evolution.Conclusion 8: evil is not the direction of the moral evolution, amoral can exist in a certain period, but morality is not the end.Conclusion 9: morality(altruism) is the product of evolution.For the open society:Conclusion 1: the immigrants which are all good can effectively prevent the spread of the wicked, and speed up the good’s evolution. Increasing the number of the immigrants can further inhibit the wicked’s evolution, and accelerate the good’s evolution.Conclusion 2: the zone’s influence on the whole society is related to its size: the bigger the zone is, the more it can restrain the evolution of the wicked, and promote the evolution of the good. But the influence on the good society is much lower than the wicked society. At the same time, when the zone is in the middle of the society,this kind of influence is more obvious than in social boundaries.Conclusion 3:(1) For two areas which are the same size, equip the same initial structure and the same social system, integration does not impact on society; for two areas which are different size, even if the two areas equip the same initial structure and the social system, smaller area is still under the influence of large area in the integration,dragging on the evolution process, but its impact on larger area is very weak.(2) For two areas which are the same size, equip the same initial structure, but the different social system, the area which equip the better social system can promote the evolution of the poor areas during the integration, and does not damage the interests of its own; For two area which are the different size, equip the same initial structure and the different social systems, if the smaller area’s social system is better than the larger, the smaller area can also promote the evolution of the larger area in the integration process, but at the same time it is inevitably impacted by the big powers, dragging its evolution process; if the smaller area’s social system is worse than the larger, the smaller area can’t impact on the larger area, but it will affected by the negative effects of the increasing number of the society.(3) For two areas which are the same size, equip the same social system and the different initial structure, the area which equip the worse initial structure will damage the interests of the area which equip the better initial structure in the process of integration, but its will get certain benefits; For two areas which are the different size,equip the same social system and the different initial structure, if the larger area’s initial structure is better than the smaller area, the larger area can promote the evolution of the smaller area in the integration process, and does not damage the interests of its own; If the initial structure of large area is worse than the smaller area,the integration of the two will cause lose-lose situation.Conclusion 4: foreign trade and communication can promote society to establish a better social system so as to promote the moral evolution by changing the income assignment of the matrix.
