As well known, C hinese household electrical appliance industry, which is one of the earliest development of the industries, has become quite mature through decades of development. By quality and price war and survival of the fittest of the color TV, air conditioning and refrigerators, the melee situation of the Gree, Haier, Midea, Hisense, Changhong and other electrical appliance industry gradually formed. Meanwhile, the home appliance industry has entered the era of little profit. How to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, to achieve fast and long-term development, become the common problem faced by home appliance giants.Hisense Kelon Electrical Holdings Co. Ltd., as one of the largest white electrical products manufacturing enterprises of China, founded in 1984,headquartered in Shunde, Guangdong, its main productions are refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, washing machines and so on. As a large-scale household electrical appliance enterprises, in order to achieve the sustained, rapid and healthy development and to get more profits and market share,the most fundamental thing is to improve its own level of competitiveness.In this paper, according to the characteristics of the enterprise competitiveness of China’s electrical appliance industry, electrical appliances enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system is established. As for Hisense Kelon, it is essential to enhance their own competitiveness in order to gain a competitive advantage in such a complicated situations and fully- opened domestic mark et, overcome the overseas- funded enterprises in the competition and have steady development. It is imperative to make a scientific and reasonable evaluation on the condition of Hisense Kelon’s competitiveness via the compassion and analysis with other enterprises in the same industry. Then people can find out the elements that impact and constrict the promotion of enterprise competitiveness. After analyzing the reasons, people can make the targeted and effective strategies to promote the enterprise competitiveness and develop faster and better. Considering the objectivity and operability of evaluation of enterprise’s competitive power, combining the current situation of Chinese enterprise’s accounting,statistics, and business accounting, this paper bases on the financial, statistical indicators takes 70 listed electronics industry companies, and through principal component analysis and factor analysis finds out the factors restricting the improvement of competitiveness of Hisense Kelon, hope to make some help to the formulation of development strategies and the determination of future development direction of Hisense Kelon.
